KELOWNA – No one was home during an early morning fire today that started in the attic of a house on Dall Road.
Firefighters were called to a report of smoke coming from a home around 5:10 a.m. today, May 17, according to a media release from Kelowna Fire Department.
“The first unit to arrive found smoke coming from the attic of a one-storey residential structure,” Platoon Capt. Scott Cronquist says.
No one was home at the time and crews were able to knock the fire down quickly.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
