KELOWNA - A man considered dangerous, and wanted on numerous charges including sexual assault with a weapon, is believed to be hiding out somewhere in the Okanagan.
Kelowna RCMP are asking for the public's help to find 37-year-old Russell Dale McDermid who is wanted on warrants for assault, mischief criminal harrassment and uttering threats in addition to the sexual assault warrant.
McDermid is described as 5'4" tall, 144 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is considered dangerous and should not be approached, media relations officer Const. Lesley Smith said in a press release.
