Cuban Fire Heats Up Memorial Park Friday

If you love Latin music, you’ll love Cuban Fire, a trio of Cuban musicians performing this Friday at Music in the Park in West Kelowna.

Cuba’s award-winning trio has been delighting audiences for years with their catchy beats and professional musicianship. Treat yourself to a free concert at Memorial Park this Friday, August 2. Find out more about Cuban Fire at www.cubanfire.ca.

The lineup for the August 2 Music in the Park, includes:
-  Talented Kid: 6:45 p.m.   Katia Wells-Green
-  Opening Act: 7:15 p.m.   MBSS Talent Show Highlights Alex Tilley, Jamie Glutek 
                                                and Ben Klick
-  Headline Act: 8:15 p.m.  Cuban Fire

Free, family friendly Music in the Park concerts take place every Friday night from 6:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. through August 30 at Memorial Park, adjacent to Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre. Music lovers will enjoy a variety of genres including country, pop, classical, and more! West Kelowna Recreation staff will be in the park hosting games and activities for the kids. A food vendor will also be operating on site this year, offering hot food, sandwiches and cool summer treats.
