WEST KELOWNA - An early morning rollover on Westside Road has sent a man to hospital with injuries that could take his life.
West Kelowna RCMP believe speed and alcohol were factors.
At about 4 a.m., the man driving a 2005 GMC Jimmy lost control driving south on Westside Road at Traders Cove Road.
It rolled several times, throwing one of the passenger out of the vehicle.
West Kelowna RCMP say he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was seriously hurt. He was taken to Kelowna General Hospital with life threatening injuries.
The driver and the other passenger, both men, survived the crash with minor injuries.
A collision re-constructionist is part of the ongoing investigation by the RCMP’s Central Okanagan Traffic Services members.
If you can help out with the investigation, you’re asked to call Cst. Turcotte at the West Kelowna RCMP detachment at 250-768-2880.
