Crime Stoppers most wanted: Amber Louise Boutin

Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance in locating the following female who is wanted on a province-wide warrant as of January 20, 2014.

Amber Louise Boutin, 28, is wanted for one count of theft under $5000 and one count of breach of undertaking.

Boutin is described as a white female, 5’1” tall and 130 lbs. She has brown hair and green eyes.
