CHASE – Last week Chase RCMP stopped two young people in their tracks in a dangerous situation near a train.
Police say the two youth were carrying their bikes while crossing a train that was stopped with engine issues in Chase on July 20. The train was moving back and forth, according to an RCMP release.
Police found the pair and explained the possible fines for their actions.
RCMP want parents to remind their children about the dangers of trains and the importance of staying away from train cars.
