Retro car enthusiasts are being sought for a new television series expected to be filmed in Tappen.
Rusty Rasta Restorations is looking for people who dream of owning a full restored, classic car and want to be featured, along with their car, on the show.
“You can choose from one of the over 400 cars waiting on our lot, or bring us your own car,” the ad says. “We will do a beautiful restoration at a price you’ll love, and document the entire process on television.”

The show stars eccentric Tappen resident and classic car junkie Mike Hall, who made headlines last year when he tried to sell his five acre property in Tappen, along with hundreds of old cars.
When contacted about the show, Hall, AKA ‘the Rasta Blasta’, said he couldn’t comment yet. Efforts to reach the producer were unsuccessful.
