HALIFAX - Chorus Aviation Inc. says it has signed a deal to perform heavy maintenance work for Latvia's airBaltic.
Financial terms of the agreement were not immediately available.
Under the deal, Jazz Technical Services will provide airframe maintenance for airBaltic's 12 Q400 NextGen aircraft.
The work will be done at its facility at Halifax Stanfield International Airport.
Jazz Technical Services is focused on heavy maintenance, repair and overhaul of Bombardier and Embraer aircraft.
It is a division of Jazz Aviation LP, which is owned by Chorus.
