Children subject of Amber Alert have been located safely

Joshuah and Aurora Bolton were reported missing on July 18, 2023.

An Amber Alert has been cancelled after the children of Verity Bolton have been located safely.

Surrey RCMP issued a release saying officers are "relieved" to let the public know the kids are in the process of being reunited with family.

The Amber Alert was issued on July 19 and the family's last known whereabouts were Kelowna

They were located around 7:20 p.m. tonight, July 29.

“We recognize that many have been following this investigation closely since the AMBER Alert was issued,” Cpl. Vanessa Munn said. “We sincerely appreciate the assistance from the public, media, community and policing partners, who all played an important role in helping to safely locate the children.”

There were no details on the adults who were with the children.

An update is expected from police tomorrow morning.
