PENTICTON - Tourism Penticton's board of directors changed positions on the board following a recent meeting.
Diana Stirling stepped down as chair of the tourism board, which was taken on by former vice-chair Jessica Dolan, who was unanimously elected by the board during the May 9 meeting.
Ian MacDonald takes on the role of vice chair and Cameron Smith was re-elected as treasurer.
Laura Hunt also returns to her former position on the board as secretary.
Tourism Penticton says merger discussions with the Penticton Hospitality Association continue to move forward, with a new organization forming out of the two entities expected this fall. The organization says it will be 'business as usual' throughout the summer until the merger has been formalized.
