Anyone craving old fashioned mini donuts, cotton candy and corn dogs on a stick will be happy to know the carnival is coming to town on its annual spring tour.

Touted on their website as “Canada’s Biggest Carnival,” the West Coast Amusement fair will be at Aberdeen Mall in Kamloops at the end of April.

With dizzying rides, and fair games like the ring toss and balloon darts, the carnival atmosphere draws kids of all ages.

The tour started in the Lower Mainland near the end of March, and this month is making a few stops on Vancouver Island. It arrives in Kamloops from April 28 to May 7, their longest tour stop this year. It then makes a stop in northern BC before heading to locations in Alberta. The tour wraps up in September with a few more BC stops on Vancouver Island.

Those interested can enter to win two wristbands, a $90 value, at guest services at the Aberdeen Mall, according to its Facebook page, and new winners will be pulled twice a week until the carnival arrives.
