Canadian country music star Aaron Pritchett coming back to Kamloops

Country music fans can shine their belt buckles and get their dancing boots ready for an upcoming outdoor concert this month.

Country star Aaron Pritchett is performing at the Boots and Buckles Festival in Pritchard on Saturday, June 18. The last time he performed in Kamloops was in 2019.

“We are so excited to bring Aaron Pritchett back to Kamloops, his stage presence and live performance energy is sure to have you dancing and singing along at the top of your lungs at the front of the stage,” said festival organizers in an online post.

Pritchett is known for hits like Hold my Beer, Worth a Shot, and Let's Get Rowdy.

The Tanner Dawson Band, Wander North and Daylen James will be opening for the early show listening while DJs will keep fans dancing until 2 a.m. with PK Sound.

Boots and Buckles will be featuring plenty of food trucks, VIP tables, tents and a beer gardens and bar.

Overnight tenting, vendors and parking are provided, and vendor stalls and sponsorship packages are available.

The event takes place at the festival grounds in Pritchard and you must be at least 19 years of age to attend.

The gates open at 12 p.m., Saturday, June 18. For VIP packages or to book your VIP tables text or call 250-318-2023. Volunteers are needed to help run the festival.
