KAMLOOPS - The Canada Games Torch Relay is on its way to Kamloops.
Following its stop in Vernon, the National MNP Torch Relay is headed to the Tournament Capital Centre on Dec. 5.
Celebration stops are a smaller scale event where the flame will be present, the Canada Winter Games Facebook page says. This is an opportunity to feel the spirit of the Games and to celebrate young Canadian athletes.
After Kamloops the flame will be headed to Price George.
The 2019 Canada Winter Games will be held in Red Deer from Feb. 15 to March 3.
