A new project is hoping to help regenerate B.C.’s forests every time you purchase a four-pack of beer.

Stanley Park Brewing and tentree have partnered with One Tree Planted to launch Reforest Hazy IPA, a beer aimed to help restore the trees destroyed by the 2017 Elephant Hill wildfires in the B.C. Interior.

With the purchase of each four-pack, ten trees will be planted in the area, according to Stanley Park Brewing.

The wildfire near Ashcroft burned through roughly 192,000 hectares of land.

The company hopes to plant 170,000 trees in the Elephant Hill area.
