The two men wanted in connection to a violent beating of a teen on the Okanagan Rail Trail in Kelowna have both been re-arrested.

Kyle and Justin Radis were charged on Dec. 14 for the November 2021 vicious assault that sent a 17-year-old Kelowna male to hospital with serious injuries including broken ribs and nose.

While the both were re-arrested for failing to show up in court, one has been released again and the other remanded in custody, according to a Kelowna RCMP news release. It did not say which brother remains in jail.

Both are required to attend court on Jan. 9.

“We are grateful for the assistance of both the local media outlets and the community in helping track down these two individuals,” Const. Mike Della-Paolera, media relations officer with the Kelowna RCMP, said in the news release.
