VERNON - Greater Vernon Water and Interior Health have lifted a boil water advisory issued last week for residents on Tronson Road from Kin Beach to and including the Tavistock area.
The Regional District of North Okanagan says in a media release the boil water advisory issued on July 26 has been rescinded as of today, July 31.
The regional district says consecutive water samples have returned to a "good" rating and staff will continue to work with Interior Health to ensure customers are notified of any changes.
Road signs will now be changed to show the boil water advisory has been lifted.
Anyone with any questions about the rescinding of this boil water notice can contact the regional district at 250-550-3700.
