KAMLOOPS - A man was arrested today in Upper Sahali on Waddington Drive in Kamloops.
On Nov. 25, at around 11 a.m., Kamloops RCMP took no chances while attending the 300 block of Waddington Drive to arrest a male wanted on a number of charges from Barriere, a media release says.
The man is not from the Kamloops area, the arrest took place without incident and he is currently in police custody.
RCMP say this message is to reassure the public from the area that may have been distracted by police presence.
