Baja Mining sued by big shareholder over cost overruns at Boleo project

VANCOUVER - Baja Mining Corp. (TSX:BAJ) said Monday that one of its largest shareholders has sued the company and is demanding an independent investigation into cost overruns at the Boleo project. The company said Louis Dreyfus Commodities Metals Suisse is also seeking the removal of executives and directors who it accused of not disclosing the overruns early enough.
