OKANAGAN - Drivebc.ca is reporting avalanche control measures taking place in the south.
Expect longer than 30 minute delays between 1-5 p.m. on Coalmont Road in both directions from Princeton to the junction with Brookmere Road, and on Highway 5 from the junction with Highway 3 in Princeton to Gulliford Lake Rest Area.
Avalanche control measures will also hamper travel along the Trans-Canada Highway from Rogers Pass Summit to the east boundary of Glacier National Park from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. today with delays of up to an hour expected.
