A Penticton apartment complex recently changed hands in a deal worth nearly $5 million.
JLL real estate services reports the 31-unit apartment complex, located at 669 Martin Street, sold on June 15 for a total price of $4,825,000.
That works out to a price per unit of $155,645 for the multi-family rental, which is located on a 21,780 square foot lot.
The buyer of the property, which is known as Fairlane Apartments, is identified as 100 WCP (Martin Street) Limited Partnership.
