Gas prices remain high, and Kamloops RCMP have responded to another drilled fuel tank.
A Jeep was left with an empty tank after its owner found the tank was drilled overnight on Ord Road last weekend.

The owner found gasoline had spilled around the Jeep and its tank was empty on Saturday morning, March 12, according to an Kamloops RCMP news release.
The driver reported it to Kamloops RCMP around 10:30 a.m. It's the fifth reported gas theft since Feb. 27.

The cost of gasoline in Kamloops is at least $1.849 per litre, according to GasBuddy.com. The current average across B.C. is $1.952 per litre.
Prices have shot up since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but GasBuddy.com data shows a small dip in prices since last week. The B.C. average at that time was $2.029 per litre.
