All female fitness competition in Kamloops this weekend

KAMLOOPS — An all female fitness competition will be taking place in the city tomorrow.

Femsport Kamloops Challenge returns tomorrow, May 25, at the Kamloopa Pow Wow grounds parking lot. The competition is a free public event with exhibitors and giveaways.

Competitors will be lifting kettlebells, flipping tires, performing sandbag presses, box jumps, pushing cars, and much more.

The event starts at 10:30 a.m. and runs until 5 p.m. at 330 Chief Alex Thomas Way.
