A few grey days for Kamloops this week

KAMLOOPS - Clouds and cooler temperatures are forecast for Kamloops this week.

Today, June 12, we’ll see a mix of sun and cloud for the most part, according to Environment Canada. In the afternoon things could change, with a 30 per cent chance of showers and risk of a thunderstorm in the evening. A high of 26 Celsius is expected during the day and low of 13 C at night.

Tomorrow cloud will be moving in, with a mainly cloudy day and a high of 24 C. In the evening we might see some precipitation with a 60 per cent chance of showers and low of 12 C.

Wednesday those showers will be sticking around, with a 60 per cent chance during the day decreasing to 30 per cent overnight. Clouds are expected throughout the day with highs of 21 C and lows at night of 8 C.

Thursday is predicted to be fairly drab, with a cloudy day peaking at 20 C. In the evening cloudy periods are expected with lows of 11 C.

Friday we’ll see a mix of sun and clouds, but there’s also a 30 per cent chance of showers. A high of 24 C is expected. In the evening it should drop to 14 C.

The weekend is expected to be a bit nicer, with a mix of sun and cloud forecast and highs in the mid-20s.

Normal temperatures for this time of year are highs of about 25 C and lows around 11 C.
