Those looking to head out and spend time with their loved ones today have a few options that don’t include busy shopping centres.
While some places may be closed, there are still some others to check out today, Dec. 26, around Kamloops.
1. The 22nd annual Wildlights Festival at the B.C. Wildlife Park in Kamloops will be open tonight starting at 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. For information on admission rates, go here.
2. Kamloops’s trampoline park Jump 360 will be today at 12 p.m. The indoor park is located in the Sahali Mall.
3. You can play laser tag, go bowling, or play arcade games at Fun Factor Fun Centre today. The family centre located at 910 Tranquille Rd. will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
4. It’s not too late to grab tickets for a live show at the Sagebrush Theatre. The Laughing Stock Theatre Society of B.C. will be running The Snow Queen - A Totally Frozen Panto all week long. Tickets for the kid-friendly show can be found here.
5. This time of the year is perfect for ice skating outdoors with friends and family. and there are several ice surfaces to check out in Kamloops. Go here for a list and map of all the ice surfaces to check out in the city.
