Harcourts Auctions has listed a 28-acre lakefront property near Summerland for auction on Oct. 15.
The site consists of five contiguous parcels stretching across 1,400 feet of lake frontage with 180 degree lake and valley views.
The property is located north of Summerland between Okanagan Lake Provincial Park and Fitzpatrick Estate Winery at Greata Ranch.
Described as gently sloping, with opportunities to support a variety of enhanced agricultural developments including a vineyard, the site’s neighbourhood zoning “indicates opportunity for comprehensive residential redevelopment with mixed commercial uses.”
Harcourts Auctions notes the property was previously listed at $20 million, encouraging those interested to “make an offer immediately to buy it now, or bid at auction Oct. 15."
