"Cottonwood Care Centre is a long-term care facility operated by Interior Health. It has 221 publicly-funded long-term care beds. Interior Health will continue to monitor the situation while implementing additional infection control and preventive measures."

According to a report published by the BCCDC Feb. 15, there are 268 patients at Cottonwoods. Of those, 220 were vaccinated against COVID-19, amounting to 82 per cent of the population.

Outbreak protocols are in place, including a pause in all visits.
