PENTICTON - Main Street revitalization continues with work progressing on time and on budget on the 100 block.
City Engineer Ian Chapman says concrete back curbing and tree installation is ongoing this week, with paving completed between Westminster Avenue and the new link road through Gyro Park.
The concrete portion of the block’s sidewalks will be completed by the end of the week with paver installation ongoing.
Vendor pedestals, sign base installation, and installation of streetlights are next on the list, followed by the installation of bollards and landscaping in nodes along the street.
The work is expected to be completed around the first week of December.
