Event Description

Greeting all! So our annual Yule feast is a celebration of the season. We wish to have everyone here so we can make decorations, have tourneys, feast together, and have a gift exchange! Schedule will be as follows: Friday, anyone is welcome to come out for the night, please let us know when you will be arriving so we can greet you. Saturday 930am Opening court 10am - 1230pm Fighting tournaments held & Arts projects done 12:30-1:00pm Lunch break 1:00pm-3:00pm Archery and Arts Judging and Arts projects done 3:00-4:00pm Clean up the hall and set up the tables 4:00pm-5:00pm Closing Court 5:00pm - 6:00 pm Dinner and Dessert 6:00pm Gift Exchange Site fee: $10/person plus $10/person feast 12 and under are free Dinner will be provided, but please bring a dessert to share!
