Join us for the inaugural event of our Culinary Month celebration as we welcome Chef Eric Lee. This exclusive dinner event will feature a delectable two-course meal, showcasing the artistry and flavours of Japanese cuisine.
MENU HIGHLIGHTS:
Course 1
Chawanmushi: Truffle, prawns, scallops, egg custard Katsu: Breaded Pork Cutlet, mushroom hayashi sauce, multi-grain rice, sesame cabbage slaw
Course 2
Dessert: Japanese cheesecake soufflé, matcha crumbles, berry compote.

ABOUT CHEF ERIC LEE:
Chef Eric Lee, originally from South Korea, is a graduate of the Okanagan College Culinary Program. He previously worked as Sushi chef at Predator Ridge and has since gone on to become the owner and operator of Yuzu Bowl & Bistro and Sushi Sai in Kelowna, where he brings his passion and culinary expertise to life.
