Please Call 250-542-9222 for Reservations or come early to get your seat! *No Cover* Band Plays from 8-Closing! 2 for 1 Appies* from 9pm to 11pmRough Cut is a powerful acoustic quartet from Kamloops BC, made up of Dan Fremlin on mandolin and vocals, Doug Noel on Guitar and vocals, Randy Pokeda, and Amanda Noel holding things down on the bass, while singing the high parts. A guitar master, Doug Noel, has been playing for longer than Dan and Amanda have been alive! Doug's talents have taken him across western Canada with bands like Backroad, Long Gone, Tumbleweed, and Blue Moon to name a few. He and Dan met in 1997 and have enjoyed picking together ever since. Randy Pokeda has been a bluegrass dobro and lap steel fixture in BC for almost 50 years. He is a monster picker with lots of albums and appearances under his belt. Dan Fremlin is an accomplished mandolin player and songwriter, who has been featured on performances and recordings across the globe. Amanda Noel has a passion for singing and a keen grasp of the necessary tonal requirements of the stand up bass. She loves The Lonesome River Band, and working the in the garden. Rough Cut was founded on friendship, great harmonies, and a love for music. They play original songs, and great covers with a taste for the 'new' and a tip of the hat to all that is great about traditional Bluegrass and Country music.
