We are bringing back this event by popular demand -- just in time for Valentine's Day! Treat yourself to an afternoon of relaxation, or come with that special someone in your life. Gift certificates available! Relax, restore and release tension! During this special 90 minute warm class, you will receive massage therapy and hands on adjustments while being guided through a series of relaxing, restorative yoga poses. Prepare to let go of tension, breathe deeply, and almost effortlessly flow into bliss. ? Alanna is a Registered Massage Therapist and you can find more about her on Facebook at Massage by Alanna ? Tayler is a Certified 200hr Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance.
