Event Description

Friday, September 6th 6 - 9 PM - INVESTMENT - $35 in advance $45 at the door Join us for an experiential workshop of breathwork, sound, and movement. We will explore practices as a group and in pairs that support the clearing of physical and emotional stress from our bodies and connects us to our inner vitality and healing energy. We will work with a circular breathing technique called Clarity Breathwork, one that powerfully and gently opens our hearts to a way of being and relating that inspires more love and freedom. Crystal bowl sound healing will be woven throughout the breathwork experience to support our bodies to relax and allow all parts of ourselves to vibrate harmoniously. As a whole, these are individual processes that take place in a group environment and are built on a foundation of presence, intimacy, acceptance of what is arising, and integration of our whole being. ** Accessibility is important to us. If you think the workshop would be of value to you but money is a hinderance, reach out and let's figure out what's possible. ** There is a limited number of participants so please register in advance :) - WHAT TO BRING - Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe with ease. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket(s), water bottle, and optional journal & pen. No prior breathwork or movement experience is necessary. All persons of all identities and life experiences are invited and welcome. We simply ask that you arrive with curiosity and an open heart and mind. - FACILITATION - Leah Barsher and Kylie Judge Kylie and Leah are Breathwork Practitioners trained in Clarity Breathwork (formerly Rebirthing) and NUMA Somatics, with backgrounds in dance, yoga, and Reiki. They have both experienced transformative healing from chronic illness through the practices that they now share in their workshops. Kylie and Leah weave together movement, stillness, exercises in conscious communication, and breathwork into an intimate offering that invites participants to show up raw and real for themselves and others.
