Bring your friends and join us in QB's kitchen for an informative and fun-filled evening with Gelato Master Victor. Our class is set-up around our Kitchen Island, every guest has a great view, and has the opportunity to interact and ask questions. Here's a brief overview of what we cover during QB "Behind the Scenes": • Differences between gelato, ice cream and sorbets. • Our inspirations for flavours and ingredients. • How we make our QB gelato. • Participate in the gelato making process. Of course you'll be tasting some of our ingredients, our delicious gelato and sorbet throughout the evening. And as a special gift, we'll send you home with a ½ litre of gelato and/or sorbet. Immediately following the making of a batch of gelato the class will enjoy a hand-crafted dessert presented with the gelato made in class. An opportunity to taste and experience what has been made during the class. What people are saying... What a deliciously wonderful evening of sensual tastes and a rich delivery of information about gelato, where and how it is made, its story, and a great opportunity to learn about the ingredients. I would recommend this evening for any group that would love to have a luscious experience together, or for an individual or couple who love gelato and want to enjoy gelato at its best.
