Let's enjoy a cozy circle in this brand new private space: The Sacred Bliss Sanctuary! We will gather to invite the essence of Mother Earth into our hearts through the healing powers of Cacao and Hapè & other plant medicine. You will have the option to consciously partake in these healing medicines from Pacha Mama to connect to your heart's voice & messages that are needed to be heard from these plant medicines. The medicine will be shared through the intention of Divine Love. We will then enjoy a healing and relaxing Sound Bath to resonate this amplified frequency through every cell, to balance both hemispheres of the brain and allow vibration to amplify your energetic bodymind. There will be a large centre piece in the room with the healing properties of rose water & roses as a sign of abundance in all ways to amplify this circle! As you take in your sound bath resonance you will receive a rose water blessing. You will have the opportunity to try our crystalline infrared heated mat along with a reiki session. Come relax, balance your nervous system & allow messages from the plant medicine that are meant to guide you forward to a life lived within your heart! In short, it’s a practice that uses vibrations (vocal or instrumental-like gongs, voice, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks) in order to relax your mind and body. Every living thing is made up of vibration and frequency and can be communicated to through different HZ of frequency range and sound depth. It is optimal to have one sequenced frequency running through your body, and when you are bathing in a sound bath, your cells react by becoming one with the vibration in the room. This allows the body to function at an optimal rate, takes you out of a flight or flight state and lowers cortisol levels by up to 30%. This allows the body to relax and the mind to become clear, while creating space for the heart to release any heavy energy and become a voice of Love & clarity for ones self and all humanity. You can expect to leave floating out of the studio and feeling joyful for no reason at all. :) Plant Medicine: We will be offering Hapè: Hapé is the preparation of powdered medicinal herbs, often with a tobacco base. Hapé is typically made with mapacho - Hapé elicits a feeling of alertness and elevation that surpasses most other natural plant-based effects. The effects of hapé are experienced rapidly and intensely because the powdered snuff is administered through the nose. The practice of consuming powdered plant medicines through the nose is much more ancient than we realized (dating from the pre-Columbian days) and was first observed among the Brazilian indigenous tribes. From the indigenous point of view, hapé is a sacred shamanic snuff medicine with profound healing effects from clarity, balancing both hemispheres of the brain, increased energy, and deep reflection to connect to ones self and the Universal vibration. This is not a hallucinogenic medicine, it is simply to calm the nervous system and go about life in a clear and calm manner that is connected to the heart. You may feel a bit dizzy, or have a burning sensation in the sinuses for a moment, but once the feeling passes a rush of deep clarity begins to form. Hapé is made from different medicinal plants for different purposes – to induce visions, to have energy, and to enhance the senses with the aromatic fragrance of the plants used in the blend. Given that there are myriad medicinal plants you can blend into hapé, there are many various hapé recipes in existence - and these recipes are often closely guarded by the tribes as secrets.
