Do you sit most of the day and want to #getyourstepsin on your lunch break? Do you want meet new people who work or live near you? Join us Tuesday and Thursday @12pm at Landmark District Building 4 for a 30 min walk along the walking path at Parkinson Rec. Register on Facebook @LighthouseChiro.
