“Sound is the medicine of the future” - Edgar Cayce This 2 day intensive covers theoretical, practical and foundational principles of sound meditation. Attendees will learn techniques for working with sound and offering well balanced sound meditation journeys. This immersive experience is facilitated by Dharma Temple sound meditation practitioner and kundalini yoga teacher, Kelbey Saruk. Kelbey has always been drawn to sound and feels called to use sound as a tool to elevate the spirit. We will approach sound and vibration as a vessel to deepen our experience of listening within. This training will use an integrative approach to working with sound and overtone-emitting sound instruments. The techniques, knowledge and tools used will offer the attendees a solid foundation to begin their journey into working with sound and offering sound meditations.
