Event Description

Bringing Okanagan women of all ages, cultural, religious, & socio-economic backgrounds together for a day of celebration and inspiration. Empowering and dynamic speakers will inspire women to recognize their own power and worth, while at the same time creating a community of inclusion and friendship. This event will leave women with tangible advice and tools to empower and motivate. Topics will include: living in the abundance mindset, the importance of forming good habits, finding joy, self love and body image, gratitude, healthy living practices, eliminating comparison, building yourself a strong community, and more. Women will go home inspired to go after their dreams, no matter how big or small. Inspired women ignite inspiration in others, and the potential ripple effect has no limits.
