Enjoy a special 4 Course meal created by our very own Chef Romeo, paired with wines from the amazing Monte Creek Ranch Winery. one | carnaroli risotto + mushrooms, vegetable reduction, grana padano, crispy garlic, chive, truffle oil - paired with Monte Creek Chardonnay - 2017 two | pan seared sea bream + citrus glaze, smoked fish brandade, freekeh, warmed winter greens - paired with Monte Creek Reisling - 2016 three | beef striploin + roasted jerusalem artichoke, smoked carrot, grits, soft boiled egg, demi - paired with Monte Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve - 2016 four | white choclate + lemon tart, carmaelized pineapple, raspberry sauce, orea toffee crunch - paired with Monte Creek Pinot Noir Ice Wine Door open at 6:00PM and the event starts at 6:30PM.
