Event Description

Learn how to use a simple foam roller and Lacrosse ball to help alleviate pain and improve muscle and joint function. Learn how to foam roll to: Reduce pain Improve Mobility and Range of motion Reduce inflammation Improve posture Speed up muscle healing. You will learn in this 1-hour workshop -How to safely and effectively use the foam roller and lacrosse ball. -Find each "trouble" spot and how to release it with simple 30 seconds worth of work. -What causes these knots, adhesions, squashed fascia, etc. At the end of this Workshop, you will each receive your own foam roller and lacrosse ball to take home and continue to practice what you learned here. About your instructor: Courtney is a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer. She is a big believer in at home pain relief and using any means to heal faster. She has worked as a Personal Trainer for the past 4 years and loves teaching each of her clients how to use the foam rollers to alleviate their pain and recover from a hard workout faster.
