Event Description

Fireweed Eco-Fest is an eco-arts festival welcoming writers, comedians, visual artists, musicians, and performers from the Okanagan Valley and across Canada for three days of high-calibre performance alongside socially conscious artistic creation in local, public parks. Join us for an afternoon of live music, food, lawn games, and the work of Coralee Miller and Mackenzie ‘Ken’ Shaw, and then come and see our closing performance for the festival, hosted by Michael V. Smith and featuring performances from John Lent and Mark Nishihara, Coralee Miller, and Laisha Rosnau, all at the beautiful Kopje Regional Park! Gendered, multi stall washrooms will be available on site and the venue is wheelchair accessible. This is a rain or shine event, so dress appropriately! Limited shuttling is available for this event.
