We invite you to join us for our new line-up of culinary programs this season - announcing the return of our culinary workshops series, designed for both the novice cook and culinary connoisseur. Our Culinary Team prepares each dish in the winery's state-of-the-art Culinary Theatre where they readily share their expert knowledge about ingredients and techniques that are essential to the creation of great food. From kitchen staples to epicurean curiosities, come and enjoy their passion and craft. As a highlight of the season these three-hour sessions are interactive, informative and delectable. Our chefs will highlight the classic techniques of Italian cuisine, as you indulge in each wine-paired course of traditional favourites. Simply Seafood October 16th SOLD OUT November 9th SOLD OUT Explore the invigorating flavours of the Pacific Ocean, as our chefs prepare four courses of British Columbia's best seafood, each paired perfectly with our wines. From succulent scallops, to mouth-watering shrimp, our culinary team teaches you the delicate art of cooking some of the freshest our oceans have to offer. Mystic India October 23rd December 17th December 18th Dive into the world of this lively cuisine with our culinary team, as they reveal the secrets to preparing your favourite Indian dishes. In this culinary workshop, our chefs will highlight the different spices, key ingredients and unique elements that personify Indian cuisine. Enjoy four courses of flavour with remarkable wine pairings for an unparalleled evening. Discover Thailand October 29th October 31st Vibrant and colourful, we invite you on a journey to the world of Thai-inspired cuisine.
