Event Description

Join Bruker Marina on Kamloops Lake June 15th from 7am-4pm for the first annual "Casting for a Cause" fishing derby, with all proceeds going to the Alzheimer Society!
Derby Kickoff, June 14th starting at 5:30pm. Held at Match Eatery in Cascades Casino with lots of giveaways!
Fishing Derby is June 15th 2024 from 7am – 4pm
Fishing must take place within Kamloops Lake from the western edge of Tranquille to Savona.
Boat launching times will be assigned after registration closes.
Fish eligible for winning are Rainbow trout and Bull Trout ONLY.
Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. You will receive an email once your registration has been processed.
Winner will be announced at 4:30pm on the beach at Bruker Marina.
Registrants must have a valid fishing license on the day of the event. Winners may be asked to produce their fishing license to be able to accept their prize.
Those who are hoping to launch early and leave their boat at the marina overnight will be required to show proof of insurance for the boat.
