Experience Bach Flower remedies first hand and learn to incorporate them into your daily life in this information-packed four hour workshop. Recommended for people who wish to use the system personally or begin to integrate it for use with clients, friends and family. You will learn: History and philosophy of Dr. Edward Bach Review of all 38 remedies How and when to use the remedies in everyday life How to choose the appropriate essence How to reduce stress, and improve self-confidence and well-being. Registration fee includes workshop, numerous handouts and a personal remedy mix. Note* No pre-requisite required This is an information course, not a certificate course. $60 plus gst Your instructor: Holly Berezowski took her training through the Bach Institute in 2004 and has been a full time Natural Health Practitioner for over 15 years.
