4 Week All Levels Acro Yoga now on a new day! Tuesdays 7-8:30pm April 30, May 7, 14, & 21 Acro Yoga is so much fun! It is a great way to improve your strength, stability and flexiblity. All fitness levels are welcome. You can do it and you will be so glad that you did! This series will be an All Levels class but will still be great for complete beginners. We will be working through different washing machines and flows throughout the 4 weeks. "When I started Acro Yoga I remember looking around and thinking that I wouldn't be able to do anything. I was amazed that so many poses were to beginner friendly. Now I get to look around the room and see my students' faces light up when they achieve something they thought was impossible for them only a few seconds before." -Aiden (@Ropezilla) Safety is a top priority in my classes and I will be teaching spotting with every new pose. I will encourage everyone to try basing, flying, and spotting in my workshops but will also give you space to choose not to participate in any of the roles if you choose otherwise. *No experience in Acro Yoga, yoga, or acrobatics necessary! *Come with or without a partner/friends (Yes you can come alone! I started acro alone and many people in the last series came alone) Investment:$95 each Regular Price$80 each Early Bird Price (Sign up by April 23) I want Acro to be available regardless of finances!
