Event Description

The 4 class workshop series will take place on Sundays 12-1:30pm March 24, 31, & April 7 & 14 This series will be taught by Aiden (@ropezilla) and is a great way to try out Acro Yoga or improve on your existing skills. The series will be different from the previous 4 week series but will still be beginner friendly. If you haven’t heard of acro yoga before, acro yoga is a mix of poses in a partnership or group - mixed with a little bit of acrobatics and a lot of FUN! "When I started Acro Yoga I remember looking around and thinking that I wouldn't be able to do anything. I was amazed at how accessible so many poses were to beginners after trying. Now I get to look around the room and see my students faces light up when they acheive something they thought was impossible for them only a few seconds before." -Aiden (@Ropezilla) Safety is a top priority in my classes and I will be teaching spotting with every new pose. I will encourage everyone to try basing, flying, and spotting in my workshops but will also give you space to choose not to participate in any of the roles if you choose otherwise. *No experience in Acro Yoga, yoga, or acrobatics necessary! *Come with or without a partner/friends (Yes you can come alone!
