Event Description

After it’s successful debut in March of 2018 and subsequent tour dates in major centres across Canada to rave reviews, An Evening of John Denver is back with A Rocky Mountain High Christmas!!! John Denver’s award winning arranger/conductor Lee Holdridge returns to conduct the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra, Rick and Steve Worrall, an all star band and guests Melina Schein, Justin Moore with Gwen Plitt and the RMH Youth Choir, in this wonderful kick off to the holiday season! Sing along to all your favourite songs as they were first arranged by Mr. Holdridge for John Denver…Annie’s Song, Country Roads and many more as well as some of his best known Christmas songs from Rocky Mountain Christmas and The Muppet Christmas special. This is a fundraiser and we are proud to be supporting the Boys and Girls Club of the Okanagan and the Central Okanagan Food Bank with a portion of every ticket sold going to help their Christmas campaigns.
