Event Description

Thursday and Friday night of the Sun Peaks Film Festival will host a curated group of films from the Vancouver International Film Festival World Tour (VIMFF). An opportunity to travel the world and hear the stories of people who live and recreate in many of the mountain ranges of the world. Each year, the VIMFF takes award-winning and other selected films on tour across Canada, the USA and around the world. With the tour making a stop in Sun Peaks, our community will have the chance to enjoy some of the world’s best mountain films. Then, Saturday night, there's a new twist. They'll screen the McSporties Locals Filmmakers Contest Films along with the DOUBLE FEATURE Warren Miller's 75! Three evenings to enjoy an incredible line-up of captivating stories from around the world.
