EDMONTON - "Canada is terrible."

That's the sentiment of American WWE star Lacey Evans who, in a video posted to her Twitter feed Saturday, Sept. 21, received a speeding ticket in Edmonton. As of Sunday afternoon, the video has been viewed more than 540,000 times.

Evans, known in the WWE world as a "Sassy Southern Belle," stayed in character as the RCMP officer explained her ticket.

"Do you know who I am?" Evans questioned as the officer leans into her passenger window.

"Sorry, ma'am, I don't. So anyway, here's the ticket."

Evans then interrupts the officer.

"You've got to be kidding me. You nasty thing, I'll pay the ticket," Evans said as she pulled the ticket from the officer's hand.

"OK. Well, you have a good day," the officer said.

"Well you have a terrible day, sir. Canada is terrible and I can't wait to get back."

"Well, welcome to Edmonton," the officer said with a smile and a wave.

RCMP confirmed that the traffic stop was legitimate.
