Veronica Ukrainetz is the founder and principal of Ukrainetz Workplace Law Group, centrally based out of British Columbia's Okanagan. We help unionized and non-unionized employers navigate through the world of labour relations, employment and workplace related human rights and privacy issues.
Our mission is to enhance organizational effectiveness by developing and maintaining productive, accountable and respectful workplaces. We make it a priority to understand our client's organization and the particular employee or employment-related challenge. We provide practical and effective legal advice and knowledgeable human resources support. We coach our clients to expect and be ready to respond to the unexpected.
When clients face litigation we provide strategic and cost-effective representation in administrative tribunal proceedings, private mediation, arbitrations and hearings, and before the Courts.
To ensure our clients are supported throughout all stages and phases of the employment relationship we utilize a network of professionals including staff and contract lawyers, human resource and organizational effectiveness consultants, third party neutrals (facilitators, mediators, arbitrators), medical professionals and therapists, and experts.
