Dave has been building houses for 41 years, while Pam has 26 years of experience in design and interior decorating. Sandy Ridge Construction builds homes from 1,200 square feet to the executive level, that are designed to satisfy the needs of first time homeowners, those upgrading and the empty nest down-sizer. Our mission is to provide excellence in the design, construction, finishing, decorating and after sales service to all of our home buyers.
